Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of RoadChargeAE, an independent online service that forwards user-initiated top-ups to UAE road toll accounts. By submitting a top-up on this site, you agree to these Terms.

Service scope

We accept payments in AED and forward the net amount to the toll account associated with the plate number provided by the user. We are not the toll operator and do not store a persistent account on your behalf. We are not affiliated with any UAE government body.

User obligations

You must provide accurate plate information. We are not responsible for amounts credited to an incorrect account due to incorrect data entered by the user. You confirm that the payment card used is yours and that you are authorised to use it.

Fees

A service fee is shown transparently on the review screen before you confirm payment. Minimum top-up is AED 10. Maximum per single transaction is AED 2000. The clearing network's own rules may apply to the toll account itself.

Processing time

Most top-ups settle within a few minutes. During peak hours or clearing-network maintenance settlement can take up to two hours. If settlement cannot be completed, the amount is refunded automatically.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the specific transaction concerned. We are not liable for consequential losses such as missed toll gates, delays, or fines imposed by third parties.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are to be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
