Request past receipts
We do not store a browsing account on this site — top-ups are processed per transaction. If you need historical receipts for expense reports or accounting, send the plate number and the approximate date range to billing@roadchargeae.org.
What we can provide
- PDF-style receipts for individual top-ups processed through this site.
- A summary table of AED amounts and reference numbers for a given plate.
- Confirmation of settlement status with the clearing provider.
What we cannot provide
- Statements for top-ups made outside RoadChargeAE — those are held by the original channel.
- Toll trip-level data — that belongs to the toll operator, not to the recharge service.
